ASML is a non-profit organization created and led by Syrians and registered in France in November 2011. ASML has been actively working in the defence and support of civil society in Syria, the promotion of democratic values and the capacity building of Syrian organizations.

The Syrian Expatriate Medical Association (SEMA) a non-profit relief organization working on providing medical services at all levels to improve the health sector in Syria. Established in August 2011, it holds official licenses in Turkey as well as in many European Union and Gulf countries.
